With movies, human life can be extended again. It is a line from a certain movie. A person’s greatest wealth is experience. The more experiences you have, the longer your life will be and the more meaningful your life will be. But not everyone can experience everything. We have many things we want to experience but don’t have the opportunity, and we also have many things we don’t want to share but want to know what’s going on, and movies provide this living platform. Some films discuss happy themes, while some explore serious topics such as RapeMovies and CrimeMovies. The three films I recommend below have all brought us a lot of life inspiration. Please watch now.
1.Us (2019)
Returning to this “US We,” this time, we still live up to expectations and maintain a high standard. At the same time, the essence of the whole film is full of an irresistible sense of mystery! The movie has also been released in Malaysia for a week. Although it has received many positive reviews, many people have expressed that they cannot understand what the movie is about and feel that the entire plot is illogical. Today, I organized some analysis online, and after watching it, I would think that this movie is not inexplicable and significant. The movie’s storyline was in 1986 when the United States launched a charity event called ‘Hand in Hand to Protect America’ to raise funds to help hungry and impoverished families. Before being trapped in the tunnel, the young female protagonist had seen an advertisement for this event on TV, and the hungry and disadvantaged people corresponded to the replica of people abandoned in the tunnel. So, ‘Holding Hands to Protect America,’ after being portrayed by the little female protagonist, became a replica of people’s religion and beliefs. In the movie, when the female protagonist asks who the replicates are, the dark female protagonist replies, ‘We are Americans.’, which also means that they believe that holding hands is a form of redemption.
2. Suicide Square (2020)
Suicide Squad has a lively rhythm and continuous climax, constructing a complete story in the two-hour movie, clearly introducing the background and personality of each villain, and integrating their persistence in their respective lives into the subsequent main plot. Everyone has their own ultimate goal. Originally, they were trying to save their lives while carrying out tasks together, but in the end, with mutual support, they gradually developed a gang friendship of “if you dare to move my brother, I’ll make you look good.” The extreme emotions intertwined by the villains are the most exciting axis of the movie! And the clowns who are not in the suicide assault team also act recklessly, reminding everyone who is truly the biggest villain character XD Suicide Squad not only introduces DC’s most famous villain clown and clown girl couple, but also complements the connection between Batman vs. Superman – Dawn of Justice and Justice League. Batman played an important role in the recruitment process of the suicide assault team, helping to capture the villain and hand it over to Amanda Waller in exchange for superhuman intelligence held by the US government; it became the basis for Batman to recruit members of the Justice League. So, besides experiencing the thrill of sabotage, there is another reason to watch ‘Suicide Squad.’ Only after reading this villainous alliance can we understand next year’s Justice Alliance.
3.Groundhog Day(2006)
What I’m watching at the moment is Groundhog Day. This movie is not violent, bloody, or terrifying. It has neither beautiful, handsome men nor magical miracles, but it moved me. For Phil, the weather forecaster, Groundhog Day is more hateful than the weather broadcast day after day. In a cold and strange city, he repeats old lines year after year and pretends to be excited to cater to people’s ignorant enthusiasm. This day is too bad. Phil in the movie is full of arrogance and talent, tired of ordinary daily life and work, and indifferent to human behavior with harsh words. In this way of thinking, it seems like ordinary people like us, who think we have lost talent, who hold no hope for the future, repeating everything from yesterday day to day, speculating on the goals of everyone around us, and using indifference to disguise ourselves.
However, we are less brave than Phil to express our dissatisfaction with life. Reality is unlike in movies, where changes are made and tomorrow is about to come. Truth needs to be even more cruel, and efforts may not necessarily yield results. At least the results will not be so immediate, which seriously contradicts our mentality of pursuing a short life. If I have to work more today, I will have to get a raise tomorrow. If I give you a peach today, you must pay me a pear tomorrow. If I learn English for a while today, I can communicate with clients tomorrow. I will immediately feel discouraged if I don’t meet my psychological expectations. Hard work is useless and cannot change reality. Instead, it’s better to be a baby who can muddle along and enjoy each day amidst conflicts and despair. Follow us and we will introduce more popular movies like 21 Jump Street and She’s the man.
